I believe that, in most cases, we are depressed and anxious because of what has happened to us or is happening to us in our lives. Research shows that adverse childhood experiences can cause a host of physical and mental health problems that need healing rather than drugs or the correction of misguided thinking. Traumatic experiences give rise to symptoms that can be quickly alleviated by the treatment I have developed known as Eye Movement Neurointegration.
Treatment based on the latest mind body science
This is an approach based on the lastest understanding of neurology and the mind body connection. It incorporates the power of mindful breathing, relaxation techniques and healing visualisations in addition to using eye movements to signal the limbic system of the brain to restructure the traumatic material that has become stuck there triggering unwanted emotions.
The treatment puts an end to being at the mercy of the limbic system’s alarms and puts you back in charge of your mind and body.
Such healing does not have to take long. It allows you to change your neurology, to reprogramme your brain for happiness and fulfilment. Holistic remedies can complement the therapy, especially fish oils and herbal remedies that combat stress and lift the mood.

Research indicates that a variety of spiritual practices such as yoga, mindfulness and shamanic healing can be effective in improving wellbeing. My practice combines science and spirituality with proven change techniques to provide the most effective holistic approach.
My aim is to assist you to be fully yourself, confident, empowered, compassionate to self and others and fulfilled.

SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN SALHOUSE, NORWICH AND LONDON.
Sessions last an hour in Norfolk though I generally do longer sessions in London.  In Norwich, I work at The Norwich Wellbeing Centre, 15 Chapelfield East, Norwich, NR2 1SF.  My practice in East London is at Longcroft House, 2-8 Victoria Avenue, London, EC2M 4NS, just opposite Liverpool Street station, off Bishopsgate.
