Hilltop is an outdoor activity centre near the North Norfolk coast. The management centre is situated in a secluded spot in the midst of trees. It is an ideal place to let go of stresses and allow yourself to unwind in a place of tranquillity and beauty.

Accommodation will be in ensuite rooms with two adults sharing unless otherwise requested.

             Arrival time is Friday 5.00pm and the
             workshop finishes on Sunday at
             2.00pm after lunch.

Sue Bayliss has been developing people for over
twenty years. She is a registered trainer, coach
and therapist who also runs a health and well-
being consultancy. She is a triple Master Prac-
titioner of NLP with qualifications in Applied
Transformational PNI (Psychoneuro-
immunology), nutrition and anatomy, physiology
and pathology. Yoga has been part of her life
for some years, mostly under Lynne's expert tuition.

Lynne Adamson is a British Wheel trained Yoga teacher who, similarly to Sue, takes a mind-body approach to her work. She incorporates philosophy and visualisation into her yoga teaching and is looking forward to directly supporting the Live Your Dream workshop elements with carefully chosen yoga postures. She is collaborating with Sue on a book about improving health and wellbeing in the 21st century.
