Sue Bayliss BA (Hons.), PGCE,

Sue has over twenty years experience in
assisting people's development as a coach, trainer, con-
sultant and therapist. She lived in Germany for twelve years where she trained in
NLP to Master Practitioner level. She also completed a two
year training in anatomy, physiology and pathology.
Returning to England, she completed a second
Master Practitioner course aimed at applying NLP
to the business world. She then set up Sulis Con-
sulting, now specialising in health and wellbeing,
which offers a range of services to organisations
such as wellness programmes and 'Walk the Talk'
coaching sessions. Sue has acted as a consultant
for a number of blue chip companies including
BT, Norwich Union and The Royal Bank of Scot-
land. She has also assisted the University of East
Anglia and Norwich PCT. Additionally, Sue freq-
ently helps overstressed GP partnerships by
facilitating Away Days and offering one to one
stress management sessions.
Sue's areas of expertise include helping people find solutions
to depression, anxiety, stress symptoms, eating disorders,
relationship problems and post-traumatic stress. Sue takes
a holistic view which incorporates elements such as diet
and exercise, in addition to helping people move from limiting
beliefs and thought patterns to positive and empowering mental
and emotional strategies. She runs a thriving private practice
based in Upper King Street, Norwich.
GPs and psychiatrists regularly refer patients to her. She
has worked as an independent Infertility counsellor for BUPA
and the James Paget Hospitals.
Her wide experience and training enables
her to draw upon a range of therapeutic and coaching approaches
such as EMDR (now recommended in the NICE guidelines for
treatment of PTSD), Thought Field Therapy and NLP / Hypnotherapy
supported by her understanding of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI).

She combined a third Master Practitioner
in NLP with training in Applied Transformational PNI®
with Dr Alex Concorde, a pioneer in the PNI field. Currently
she is attending the NLP Health Certification Training studying
NLP applications to health and wellbeing with trainers including
Robert Dilts.
Sue has created her own state of the art NLP
training courses which include the NLP Coaching Practitioner and NLP in Clinical Practice aimed at health and mental health professionals. She brings a wealth of experience in training to both the corporate and public sectors as well as running workshops at international conferences.
Sue has experience of coaching in the corporate
sector. Her clients include BT, the Norwich Union
and the One Account. She has worked for
Breakthrough Life Coaching and has been a trainer for the YES project.
Sue has lectured at the UEA, the Institute of Directors and
Institute of Business Advisors. In the autumn of 2006, she presented a successful
workshop on Psychoneuroimmunology and Positive Psychology
at the World Conference for the Institute for Advanced Studies
in Health in San Francisco. Since then she has addressed NLP
conferences in London and Berlin.
Sue enjoys adventures and completed a trek
along the Inca trail in Peru in 2000. In 2004 she spent a
week riding through the Avenue of Volcanoes in Ecuador encountering
fighting bulls on the way! For her own health and wellbeing
she enjoys singing, walking, running, riding and Yoga. She
is currently writing a book on the theme of health and wellbeing,
combining NLP and Yoga.
