Her consultancy clients include blue chip companies such as BT and the Norwich Union as well as local institutions such as the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, The James Paget Hospital and BUPA. She has researched into the mind/body connection with a qualification in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) and has presented on this theme at conferences in San Francisco, Berlin and London.

Sue has trained with most of the developers of NLP: Robert Dilts, Michael Hall, Steve Andreas, Suzi Smith, Tim Hallbom, Shelle Rose Charvet, Charles Faulkner and Thies Stahl.
